Power Flushing

A Power flush is a method of cleaning the system and radiators to remove sludge, rust and debris which left untreated can damage your boiler. If these contaminants are left the efficiency of the systems/radiators can be greatly compromised and prevent cost effectiveness.

How does a power flush work?
R&T will use a specialised pump and specific chemicals that will connect to your heating system to create turbulence within the radiator to loosen debris/sludge for easier removal. Once loosened the unwanted debris will be pumped out via fresh water to ensure the pipes are clean. Power flushing is not completed under high pressure allowing this process to be completed with no disturbance to your home and lifestyle as it does not require the boiler being disconnected from any of the radiators as it only requires isolating.

New installations.

R&T feel Power flushing should be mandatory, therefore, if a new boiler is installed with us, a power flush will be included at no additional cost.
